From Sport to Stage

Charlie grew up immersed in sport and outdoor activity — from snowboarding to soccer — building a well-rounded athletic foundation. During COVID-19 he discovered a deeper passion for bodybuilding, going on to earn his WNBF Pro Card and win overall titles in both Classic Physique and Men's Bodybuilding.

Now studying Kinesiology at UBC Okanagan, Charlie combines evidence-based training with elite competitive experience to help clients build sustainable results — physically and mentally — both inside and outside the gym

My Philosophy

Results Are Built, Not Given

My training philosophy is simple: sustainable results come from smart programming, consistent effort, and a mindset built to last. Having competed at the highest levels of natural bodybuilding while also studying the science of human movement, I bring together two worlds that rarely meet — elite competitive experience and evidence-based practice. I don't believe in quick fixes or cookie-cutter programs. Every client is different, and every program should reflect that. Whether you're stepping into a gym for the first time, training to compete, or trying to perform better at your sport, I meet you where you are and builds from there. The goal is never just physical. I focus on helping clients develop the discipline, confidence, and habits that carry over into every area of life — because the real transformation happens when fitness stops being something you do and starts being who you are.
